The Elmhurst Memorial Hospital Guild was founded in 1929 and over the years has grown to over 400 men and women. Members of the Guild help to support Elmhurst Memorial Healthcare through volunteer services, fundraising and public relations. Funds raised by members of the Guild have provided Elmhurst Memorial Healthcare with state-of-the-art medical equipment, scholarships to teen volunteers planning health careers and subsidies to valuable community services, such as those in need of counseling or hospice to those facing terminal illness.
