CDH's First Ever Cancer Survivor Day

For millions of people living with cancer, National Cancer Survivors Day (NCSD) is a treasured celebration of life observed annually on the first Sunday in June. NCSD is the day each year that we pause to honor survivors for their strength and courage and to acknowledge the contributions of families, friends and healthcare providers who have helped them through this journey.
On June 5, survivors from CDH were treated to an afternoon "Under the Big Top" with their families to celebrate "The Greatest Life on Earth." More than 200 survivors and family members came out to enjoy this vintage circus themed event.
