WDSRA FREE Mobile App Now Available

Western DuPage Special Recreation Association (WDSRA) has launched a new mobile app available for iOS and Android devices! Now families, donors, sponsors and all partners can get the most up to date information and follow WDSRA’s Facebook and YouTube feeds. Contact and registration links are also included. The app is FREE and can found at the respect app stores.

WDSRA serves more than 4,500 children and adults with special needs through over 1,500 programs, trips, and special events each year. Additionally, WDSRA achieves over 13,000 participations through programs, inclusion services, community education and fundraising events. WDSRA offers Special Olympics and adapted sports programs, dance and art programs, as well as social clubs and camps.

WDSRA also offers a full range of inclusion services for any program offered through a participating park district. As a service to the community at large,disability awareness programs are available to educate groups, such as schools, about living with a variety of disabilities.

WDSRA is a nationally acclaimed organization and a cooperative extension of nine park districts including Bloomingdale, Carol Stream, Glen Ellyn, Naperville, Roselle, Warrenville, West Chicago, Wheaton, and Winfield.
