Neil Sedaka Returns to St. Charles this Saturday

ST. CHARLES, IL – Oct. 25, 2011 – Just weeks after show-biz legend Don Rickles appeared at the historic Arcada Theatre, another American icon is set to take the stage. Neil Sedaka, best known for numerous number one hits including "Calendar Girl" and "Breakin' Up Is Hard to Do," will rock the downtown St. Charles venue Saturday, October 29.

"Mr. Sedaka is consistent with the level of acts we are so proud to be bringing to the theatre," said Ron Onesti, owner of the Arcada Theatre. "This will be a command performance for him as he was here two years ago…and what a show it was!"

With a career spanning six decades, a rare feat in the entertainment world, Sedaka has remained a coveted and relevant industry figure. He was a guest judge on FOX's American Idol, and has received the Sammy Cahn Lifetime Achievement Award from the National Academy of Popular Music / Songwriters Hall of Fame. He continues touring, composing and recording as well.

Tickets for the October 29 event start at just $49 and are sold online at, or with representatives at 888-695-0888.

The Arcada Theatre is located at 105 E. Main Street in St. Charles, has free on-street parking, a premium bar and is ADA accessible.
