Plainfield Park District bringing fun to neighborhood playgrounds this summer

No need to roam when there’s fun close to home – kids can enjoy organized games and crafts right in their neighborhood!

The Plainfield Park District is bringing its FREE Games on the Go mobile day camp for 1st-5th graders to neighborhood playgrounds June 11 through Aug. 3. The schedule is as follows:

9:30 a.m. – noon
The Reserve, 14045 S. Hunt Club Ln. in the Reserve subdivision on the south side of Route 126 just west of the I-55 interchange

1-3:30 p.m.
Walkers Grove Tot Lot, 25101 W. Blakely Dr. in the Walker’s Grove subdivision west of Rt. 30 and north of 135th St.

9:30 a.m. – noon
Village of Plainfield Settler’s Park, 15251 S. Van Dyke Rd. behind Plainfield Village Hall

1-3:30 p.m.
Old Renwick Trail Park, located on Old Renwick Trl. in the Old Renwick Trail subdivision west of Gaylord Rd. and south of Renwick Rd.

9:30 a.m. – noon
Vintage Harvest Park, 16200 S. Vintage Dr. in the Vintage Harvest subdivision west of Route 59 and north of Fraser Rd.

1-3:30 p.m.
Kendall Ridge Park, located on Townsend Blvd. in the Kendall Ridge subdivision west of County Line Rd. and south of Caton Farm Rd.

9:30 a.m. – noon
Heritage Meadows Park, 12301 S. Pear Tree Way in the Heritage Meadows subdivision west of Rt. 59 and north of 127th St.

1-3:30 p.m.
Caton Ridge Park, 2202 Caton Ridge Dr. in the Caton Ridge subdivision west of Drauden Rd. and south of Caton Farm Rd.

One-time, on-site registration and daily attendance will be taken for administrative purposes.
