Make a difference in someone's life — Become a CovenantCare Hospice volunteer

CovenantCare Hospice, a community-based, nonprofit hospice, is looking for caring, compassionate people to volunteer with patients and family members. Volunteers attend a comprehensive training program to learn the skills needed for being with patients and families. Opportunities are flexible and currently located throughout Kane, DuPage and Cook counties.

“Volunteers truly are the heart and soul of CovenantCare Hospice, giving to our patients and families in so many ways,” said Linda Reiter, volunteer director at CovenantCare Hospice. Friendly visits, along with pet, massage and music therapies, combine to give patients an array of services, providing optimal care and comfort.

Volunteers are supported through training, on-going education and support meetings. “We value our volunteers and strive to give them the tools and support they need to continue with us for as long as they wish.”

For details on volunteering and upcoming training programs, please contact Linda Reiter at 800-281-2273 or email
