Camp will feature Bulls center Joakim Noah and professional Bulls Academy instructors

LISLE, IL. - The Chicago Bulls/Chicago White Sox Training Academy announced today that it will host a Joakim Noah Basketball Camp on June 14th through 18th from 9am to Noon at the Chicago Bulls Training Academy located at 6200 River Bend Drive in Lisle, Illinois.

For this five day camp, Joakim and our Academy coaches have worked together to develop a curriculum focusing on the fundamental skills Noah believes are essential to compete at the highest levels of basketball. The camp will focus on free-throw and 3-point shooting, ball handling and defense. On two days of the camp, Joakim Noah will work directly with the players on the floor teaching his techniques. Each participant with receive a camp t-shirt, basketball and gym bag. You can train with a pro for only $400.00 per athlete.

Joakim Noah was selected in the first round (ninth overall) by the Chicago Bulls in the 2007 NBA Draft. Noah attended the University of Florida where he helped lead the Gators to back-to-back national championships in 2006 and 2007. The six foot, eleven inch center was named Most Outstanding Player of the 2006 NCAA Tournament Final Four. Since coming to Chicago, Joakim has become a very influential member of the community. Noah attends various events all over Chicago raising awareness to many different organizations, in particular, Noahs Arc Foundation whose mission is to empower youth through sports and the arts.

The Chicago Bulls/Sox Training Academy opened in 2001 in Lisle, Illinois and runs extensive training programs for boys and girls of all ages and skill levels.
