One Lane of Eastbound 75th Street to Close on Thursday, June 21

Work Necessary to Upgrade Existing Electrical Duct Banks in the Area

The City of Naperville informs residents and motorists that on Thursday, June 21, one lane of east bound 75th Street from College Road to Ranchview Drive will be closed due to electrical duct bank work occurring in the area.

The lane closure is anticipated to take place from approximately 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. on June 21, weather permitting. Motorists are advised to seek alternate routes to avoid delays.

The 75th Street Duct Bank project includes installation of electrical duct bank conduit, manholes and more along 75th Street from approximately one-half mile west of Naper Boulevard to Ranchview Drive. This project is allowing the Department of Public Utilities-Electric to upgrade existing electrical facilities located in that area to enhance service and reliability. Work for the project will typically occur between 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. on weekdays.
