Hear Beautiful Music for a Song at the Musica Bella Summer Recital, Saturday June 9th

Naperville- Local signer, musician and teacher, Mary Hoffman, is holding her summer recital for Musica Bella, at 2:30 pm on Saturday, June 9th at Brookdale Music located at 1550 N. Rt. 59 in Naperville. The recital will feature students performing various classical and contemporary pieces. Students range in age from age four to the teens. Admission is free of charge.

Musica Bella students are highly involved in the performing community with recitals and are active in local and national competitions. “I am thrilled to bring out the best in my very talented students and to have the opportunity for them to showcase all they have accomplished at the recital,” stated Hoffman. She continued, “ The Naperville area is so supportive of the arts, and it shows, as there are so many talented and committed student-artists here.”

Mary Hoffman teaches voice and music classes in her private studio Musica Bella as well as teaching private piano and group voice classes at the Naperville School of Performing Arts. Mary has directed children’s choirs, developed a curriculum for elementary voice classes and began school music programs from the grassroots level. She regularly performs in the Chicagoland area and is working on a debut album and music video. Mary’s credits include leads and chorus roles in “State Fair”, “My fair Lady”, “Grease Lightning,” “Bye, Bye Birdie,” “Hello Dolly,” “The Phantom of the Opera,” among others.
