Fermilab Prairie Quadrat Study

You can be a Citizen Scientist at Fermilab
You are invited to take part in the prairie restoration at Fermi National Accelerator Laboratory in Batavia by helping us gather valuable data on prairie plant populations. It's not difficult and with a little practice, you will be able to use our equipment to identify prairie plants, map a prairie plot and enter your data in our website. You will be welcome to visit the prairie throughout the summer and fall to see first-hand the changes in the prairie. This is the project’s fifth year and it is expected to continue for many years. Join our experts as we track restoration progress.
