Knuffle Bunny Cast Visits DuPage Children's Museum

The Kennedy Center cast from Knuffle Bunny: A Cautionary Musical visited DuPage Children's Museum for an extra special Family Fun Friday Night, a Bedtime Story Pajama Party on Friday, March 25. More two hundred pajama-clad children were enraptured by two separate dramatic readings of the Caldecott Award winning book that inspired the musical. The evening's festivities were made possible due to a community partnership between the Museum and the McAninch Arts Center at College of DuPage. Janey Sarther, Coordinator of Education and Community Engagement for the MAC, introduced the cast. "We're delighted to be able to work with the Museum to inspire the imaginations of children with a special preview of this heartwarming tale." DuPage Children's Museum is open until 8:00 p.m. on every Friday night. On Friday, April 1, the Museum welcomes the Petland team who will introduce some furry and feathered friends to Museum guests. For a schedule of the activities planned on any Family Fun Friday Night, check the website at www.dupagechildrensmuseum.org.
