Custodian pushes boss, and more

The following items were taken from Naperville police records May 17.


  • A 53-year-old custodian from the 8900 block of West Grand Avenue, River Grove, was arrested about 10:38 p.m. May 14 in the 400 block of Aurora Avenue and charged with battery after pushing his supervisor.

Stolen vehicle

  • A maroon 2000 Toyota Camry was stolen from the 2200 block of Aurora Avenue between noon and 2:56 p.m. May 8.

Leaving the scene of an accident

  • A 35-year-old man from the 2400 block of Royal Drive, Lombard, was arrested about 10:07 a.m. May 16 in the 3700 block of Lawrence Drive and charged with leaving the scene of an accident, obstructing identification and driving on a revoked or suspended license for at least the second time.

Drugs/drug paraphernalia

  • An 18-year-old man from the 3800 block of Brenton Drive, Joliet, was arrested about 6:35 a.m. May 14 in the 3200 block of South Route 59 and charged with possession of drug paraphernalia, DUI, illegal consumption of alcohol by a minor and illegal possession of alcohol by a minor.

Disorderly conduct

  • A 23-year-old man from the 2700 block of West Polk, Chicago, was arrested about 1:16 a.m. May 15 in the 100 block of 4th Avenue and charged with disorderly conduct.

Interfering with an officer

  • A 22-year-old man from the 1300 block of Maple Avenue, Lisle was arrested about 10:24 p.m. May 14 at South Naper Boulevard and East Chicago Avenue and charged with interfering with an officer, no driver’s license and driving without lights when required.


  • A 24-year-old man from the 0-99 block of South Naper Boulevard was arrested about 6 p.m. May 14 at his home and charged with criminal trespass to land.


  • A 32-year-old man from the 800 block of East Ogden Avenue was arrested about 10:01 a.m. May 14 at his home and charged with three counts of burglary.
  • An iPod was stolen from a vehicle in the 800 block of North Loomis Street between 12:30 and 6:15 a.m. May 14.
  • Change was stolen from an unlocked vehicle in the 600 block of North Wright Street between 1 and 4 a.m. May 14.


  • A phone was stolen after its owner left it at a gas station in the 600 block of North Route 59 about 2:20 p.m. May 13.


  • A 45-year-old woman from the 3900 block of Bluejay Lane was arrested about 11:33 p.m. May 15 in the 1300 block of Aurora Avenue and charged with DUI and illegal lane usage.
