YWCA to Host Women's Vendor Night

Just in time for Mother’s Day, the YWCA Aurora is gathering women business owners for a vendor’s night!

Women’s Vendor Night will take place on Sunday, May 6 from 5-9 p.m. at Esteban’s on Route 59 in Naperville. The event is free and open to the general public, and will include complimentary appetizers, a salsa dancing demonstration and a cash bar. No pre-registration is required.

According to Linda Ireland, YWCA Aurora president and CEO, as an organization, the YWCA is dedicated to the economic empowerment of women. During this difficult economic time, the vendor’s night is one way the YWCA can advocate and invest in women locally.

May 6 vendors will include: Arbonne International, Dove Chocolate Discoveries, La Chicanita Bakery, Mary Kay, Miche Bags, Premier Designs, NTRENDZ, Tastefully Simple and Thirty-One. Registration is limited to 20 businesses. Additional information, as well as the registration form, can be downloaded at

The YWCA is the oldest and largest multicultural women's organization in the world. With the mission of eliminating racism and empowering women, we provide safe places for women and girls, build strong leaders, and advocate for women's rights.
