Bubba, a 12-year-old Schnauzer mix, is just one of hundreds of animals helped by Fox Valley Animal Welfare League.  The League will open a state-of-the-art low-cost spay/neuter clinic in February 2012.  The clinic will be the first of its kind in the Fox Valley area (photo courtesy of FVAWL).
