Home theater system stolen from home on Davison, and more

These arrests were taken from Will County Sheriff’s Police reports released April 11 and information from the Will County Adult Detention Facility and Will County Circuit Clerk’s Office.

Burglary

  • A home theater system was reported taken April 7 from a residence on the 100 block of Davison Street, and CD players were reported taken from two vehicles.
  • An unspecified amount of jewelry was reported stolen April 6 from a home on the 0-100 block of North Park Road.
  • A 9mm handgun, box of ammunition and jar of coins were reported taken April 5 from an apartment on the 1400 block of Elgin Avenue.
  • Nothing was immediately reported taken April 3 in connection with a break-in at a plumbing supply store on the 0-100 block of South Park Road.

Drug-Related

  • A 46-year-old Joliet-area man from the 1700 block of Mayfield Avenue is scheduled to appear in court May 14, charged with one count of manufacture/delivery of cannabis 30-500 grams, possession of a controlled substance and possession of a firearm without a gun permit. He was arrested April 4 after the Will County Gang Suppression Unit executed a search warrant at his home.
  • A 41-year-old Joliet-area man from the 100 block of William Street is scheduled to appear in court May 14, charged with one count of manufacture/delivery of cannabis 30-500 grams and one count of possession of cannabis 30-500 grams. He was arrested April 5 after the Will County Gang Suppression Unit executed a search warrant at his residence.
  • A 53-year-old Joliet-area man from the 300 block of South Hebbard Street is scheduled to appear in court April 30. He was arrested April 7 for possession of a controlled substance.

Criminal Damage to Vehicle

  • Five tires were reported slashed April 5 on a van, a boat trailer and an unidentified vehicle parked on the 3000 block of Caroline Drive.
