11U Outlaws Clinch Back-to-back Baseball Tournament Championships

The 11U Oak Brook Outlaws travel baseball team went 5-0 to become champions of the 2012 Wasco Memorial Day Tournament in Wasco, IL. The Outlaws defeated Top Prospects baseball club from Bartlett, IL, 11-7 in the championship game on May 28. Fourteen 11U teams competed for the title.

Previously, the 11U Outlaws went 5-1 to become champions of the 2012 Casey Pohl Memorial Tournament in Palatine, IL. The team beat the Lake in the Hills Thunder in the championship game 7-4 on May 20. Casey Pohl, a young baseball talent who passed away from cancer in 2003, is honored during this annual event. Sixteen 11U teams competed for the title.

The team will compete this weekend in Aurora.

Team members for the 11U Oak Brook Outlaws are: Jake Adams (Oak Park), Ian Austin (Clarendon Hills), Bret Bushka (Lombard), Nick Daudelin (Addison), Vince Daudelin (Addison), Alec Hill (Hinsdale), Jake Huisman (Lombard), Trevor Jaloszynski (Villa Park), Jay McGrath (Lisle), Matt O'Leary (Clarendon Hills), and Matt Trauscht (Hinsdale). The team is coached by Tom Bushka, Ryan Huisman, Vince Daudelin, and Brent Hill.
