Teen Culinary Camp at Marcel's Culinary Experience, Glen Ellyn

Young cooks ages 13-18 are invited to join Chef Jamie Bordoshuk for Marcel's first-ever Teen Culinary Camp: Cross Country Tour June 11-14.

Students can sign up for one, two, three or all four sessions, taking place from noon to 2 p.m. daily at Marcel's, 490 N. Main St., Glen Ellyn.

Overview: The car's packed and we're heading on a cross-country culinary adventure. First stop, Texas for stick to the ribs ribs and beans. Next stop, the coast for the best the ocean has to offer, with a stay in New York for their take on Italian/American, and finally, back in the heart of the Midwest for the best picnic fare from sea to shining sea.

Day 1 – Home on the Range Bar-B-Que BBQ Ribs 3 Cheese Mac and Cheese Baked Beans.

Day 2 – Sailing on the High Seas Mahi -Mahi Fish Tacos Fish & Chips Coconut Baked Shrimp.

Day 3 – Pasta 3 ways Fettucini Alfredo Homemade 3 Cheese Ravioli with Marinara Pesto Chicken Cavatappi.

Day 4 – All American Picnic All Beef Cheddar Cheeseburgers Panko Chicken Bites Homemade Potato Salad

$50 per class, or $180 for all four sessions.
