Minor consuming alcohol, graffiti on window, and more

The following incidents were taken from Glen Ellyn police reports on May 10:

DUI

A Wheaton man was charged with driving under the influence, revoked driver’s license and sign violation near the intersection of Main Street and Fairview Avenue on May 2.

A Wheaton man was charged with driving under the influence, illegal transportation of alcohol, uninsured motor vehicle, speeding, improper lane usage and failure to signal near the intersection of Main Street and Roosevelt Road on May 6.

Domestic battery

A Glen Ellyn man was charged with domestic battery in the 600 block of Fairview Avenue on May 5.

Minor consuming alcohol

An 18-year-old Glen Ellyn man was charged with illegal consumption of alcohol near the intersection of Oxford Road and Spring Avenue on May 6.

Theft

A cellphone was reported stolen from a gym bag left unattended in the men’s locker room at YMCA, 49 Deicke Drive, on May 1.

Criminal defacement

Graffiti was found on a window on the north side of a building at Dreisilker Electric Motors, 352 Roosevelt Road, on May 4.
