Playground equipment vandalized, church window broken and more

The following incidents were taken from Glen Ellyn police reports on May 3:
DUI
A Wheaton man was charged with driving under the influence in the 300 block of Main Street on April 22.
A Geneva man was charged with driving under the influence, speeding and uninsured motor vehicle near the intersection of Roosevelt Road and Lambert on April 23.
A Glen Ellyn man was charged with driving under the influence and illegal transportation of alcohol in the 500 block of Roosevelt Road on April 24.
A Glen Ellyn woman was charged with driving under the influence and speeding at Parkside Avenue near Roosevelt Road on April 28.
A Glen Ellyn man was charged with driving under the influence, speeding and improper lane usage at Hillside Avenue near Glenwood Avenue on April 28.
A Wood Dale woman was charged with driving under the influence and equipment violation near Hillside Avenue at Main Street on April 29.
Marijuana
A Wheaton man was charged with possession of cannabis in the 600 block of Roosevelt Road on April 25.
A Chicago man was charged with possession of cannabis, possession of drug equipment, improper lane usage and failure to signal at Roosevelt Road near Lambert Road on April 26.
A Glen Ellyn man was charged with possession of cannabis and possession of drug equipment at Hillcrest Avenue near Illinois Street on April 26.
Public intoxication
A Wheaton man was charged with public intoxication near Park Boulevard and Roosevelt Road on April 25.
A Glen Ellyn man was charged with public intoxication in the 400 block of Main Street on April 28.
Domestic battery
A Glen Ellyn man was charged with domestic battery and unlawful interference with the reporting of domestic violence in the 300 block of Duane Street on April 25.
Theft
Several packages were stolen from a foyer area in the 100 block of Surrey Drive on April 24.
Criminal damage to property
The lock of a camper located in the parking lot of the 500 block of Pennsylvania Avenue was broken but nothing was reported missing on April 24.
A mailbox was reportedly damaged in the 100 block of Ott Avenue on April 25.
A car hood and side panel were scratched in the 700 block of Euclid Avenue on April 27.
Playground equipment was vandalized at Forest Glen Elementary School, 561 Elm St., on April 29.
A metal sundial from the front lawn of First Congregational Church, 535 Forest Ave., was thrown through a church window on April 29.
Burglary to vehicle
A rear window was broken to a car in the Ackerman Park parking lot and stole a purse on April 26.
