Spare tire stolen, teen charged with theft, and more

The following incidents were taken from Glen Ellyn police reports on April 18:

No driver’s license

A Schaumburg man was charged with no driver’s license and speeding at Geneva Road near Kenilworth Avenue on April 9.

Leaving scene of accident

A Wheaton man was charged with driving with a suspended license, failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident and leaving the scene of an accident in the 100 block of South Park Boulevard on April 12.

Domestic battery

A Glen Ellyn man was charged with domestic battery in the first block of Main Street on April 12.


A Lombard teen was charged with theft at Glenbard West High School, 650 Crescent Boulevard on April 10.

A scooter left unlocked by a bicycle rack was stolen at Forest Glen School, 561 Elm Street, on April 10.

An iPhone was stolen from a gym locker at Glenbard West High School on April 11.

A spare tire was stolen from a vehicle parked in a lot in the 900 block of Roosevelt Road on April 12.

A locked bicycle was stolen from a rack at the train depot, 555 Crescent Boulevard, on April 13.


A pole that supports a mailbox was struck in the 600 block of Buena Vista Drive on April 11
