Explore Science this Summer!

Wrapping up the school year at Field-Stevenson, students were treated to a presentation on polymers by Rafael Rosa, Vice President of Education at the Peggy Notebaert Nature Museum in Chicago. From balloons to diapers, Mr. Rosa introduced students to different types of polymers using “magic tricks” so students could understand the properties of polymers. The program encourages students to discover the science in their kitchen and is a reminder to keep exploring throughout the summer.
