Looking for a fun and educational activity for your child? Consider joining a class or workshop at The Children’s Theatre of Western Springs! Students of all experience levels are welcome to sign up, and classes are taught by CTWS’ knowledgeable and nurturing faculty members.

CTWS’ popular Summer Drama Workshop focuses on putting together a musical production in only two weeks’ time. Students entering 2nd through 8th grades work on acting, singing, dancing, and theatre games in preparation for the performance on the last day of camp.

During the school year, students in 1st through 12th grades can choose from classes including clowning, improv, basic and advanced acting, stage combat, technical theatre and more. In addition to learning all about theatre, students also master skills such as collaboration, public speaking, and self-confidence which will benefit them outside of a theatre setting.

CTWS is currently accepting enrollment for Summer 2012 Workshops and for 2012-2013 Classes. For more information, contact the Children’s Theatre of Western Springs at 708-246-4043 or visit
