2nd Naperville brother sentenced in ’07 Aurora teen’s killing

A Naperville man was sentenced to 60 years in prison Wednesday for his role in a 2007 shooting that killed an Aurora teenager who mistakenly was thought to be a rival gang member.

Justin Cavazos, 21, of the 3300 block of Lapp Lane, had been found guilty of murder and attempted murder in December for the drive-by shooting that killed Oscar Rodriguez and wounded his girlfriend.
