Rotarians Warming the Hearts of Children from Wheeling’s Needy FamiliesArea residents help Rotary provide new winter coats to local childrenthrough purchase of $25 raffle tickets at Hoyne Savings Bank.

Children receiving coats will be anonymously selected by School District 21 and Wheeling High School, and coats will be provided during the Rotary Club’s annual Thanksgiving Food Baskets Day.

The Rotary Club of Wheeling is working with Operation Warm, Inc.®, a non-profit charitable organization dedicated to distributing high quality, new winter coats to children living in need.

Area citizens are invited to help the Rotary Club with this project by purchasing raffle tickets that support the club’s annual fundraising program.  Special raffle tickets are available for $25 at Hoyne Savings Bank, with proceeds dedicated to this Operation Warm project helping Wheeling families.  The club’s raffle tickets normally sell for $100, but these special ¼ share tickets make it easier for the community to participate.  Each ticket sold will help provide another child …More
