The following items were taken from Schaumburg police records on Aug. 31:

Theft

Nearly $30,000 in computer equipment was stolen Aug. 19 when a purported delivery man said he was there to pick it up from Global Knowledge, 1500 McConnor Parkway, Suite 500.

A 25-year-old Arlington Heights woman was arrested at 4:15 p.m. Aug. 21 at Woodfield Shopping Center, and charged with misdemeanor retail theft.

A 19-year-old Roselle woman was arrested at 12:55 p.m. Aug. 22 at Macy’s in Woodfield, and charged with misdemeanor retail theft for stealing $193.96 in clothes.

A purse, valued at $1,200, was stolen Aug. 25 from Macy’s in Woodfield Shopping Center while it was left unattended. The purse also contained a $300 phone, a $600 silver locket, and $120 in cash.

A 21-year-old Arlington Heights woman was arrested at 2:52 p.m. Aug. 26 at Woodfield Shopping Center, and charged with misdemeanor retail theft.

A 62-year-old Schaumburg woman was arrested at 5:54 p.m. Aug. 27, at Nordstrom’s in Woodfield Shopping Center, and charged with felony retail theft for stealing a dress, valued at $248, and a pair of earrings, valued at $195.

An 18-year-old Chicago woman was arrested at 6:05 p.m. Aug. 27 at Marshall’s in Woodfield Shopping Center, and charged with misdemeanor retail theft for taking clothing, cologne and sunglasses.

An 18-year-old Chicago woman was arrested at 6:05 p.m. Aug. 27 in the 100 block of E. Golf Road, and charged with misdemeanor retail theft.

A purse was stolen between 6 and 6:30 p.m. Aug. 29 from JCPenney’s in Woodfield Shopping Center.

Burglary

A laptop, valued at $1,000, was stolen between 6 and 6:30 p.m. Aug. 19 from a car parked in the 7-Eleven parking lot at 920 W. Bode Road.
