Small Business Networking Event: A Resounding Success

The Small Business Networking Event, held Monday, Feb. 2, at the Oak Park Public Library, was a tremendous inaugural success. The gathering drew 150 people from a wide variety of businesses, and featured top speakers in disciplines ranging from real estate and law to networking and business coaching. Interest is high for more programming in the future. Yves Hughes Jr., owner of Next Door Multimedia and the event organizer, said he is enthused about the opportunity to provide additional forums for local businesses to support one another during these challenging economic times.
