Event Details:

Rena Sternberg Gallery welcomes North Shore native and previous employee Kyle Olmon back to the gallery on Saturday, July 18th to personally sign and read his new pop-up book, Baby Signs. Mr. Olmon will also perform a pop-up demonstration at the event. Baby Signs is based on American Sign Language, artistically depicting fifteen signs that babies, parents, grandparents, and friends can find useful to facilitate communication.

After his tenure at the Rena Sternberg Gallery, Kyle went to New York to work with Robert Sabuda, today’s most prominent pop-up artist. Baby Signs is paper engineered and written by Olmon with illustrations by Jacqueline Rogers and created under the Sabuda & Reinhart Imprint. Olmon’s first project while working with Robert Sabuda, Castle: Medieval Days and Knights, will also be available at the gallery.

This event is free, and all ages are welcome to join us for the rare opportunity to meet a famous author and artist.

Both Castle and Baby Signs will be for sale at the gallery.
