COD OFFERS HYBRID ACCOUNTING COURSES
The College of DuPage Accounting program will offer seven hybrid courses, in addition to classroom and online courses this spring, to meet the needs of working students. “This is a big initiative to offer a wider variety of courses that combine classroom and online learning, in addition to our traditional courses, ,” said Accounting Coordinator Lisa Capozzoli. Hybrid courses allow students to spend time in both the classroom and online, offering a more flexible, convenient way for working adults to complete coursework. Spring hybrid courses include Accounting Procedures, Financial Accounting, Managerial Accounting, Intermediate Accounting II, Cost Accounting, Governmental Accounting and Auditing I. In addition, the Accounting program also offers 10 online courses, including three new classes, Federal Taxation I and II and Advanced Accounting. Accounting courses are available in the 16-, 12- and 8-week formats. For more information, call (630) 942-3400, or visit: www.cod.edu/accounting.
