Local Business Hosts Business Networking Event

Debbie & Hakan Gokhan wanted to share their passion about taste.Recently these owners of Old Orchard's gourmet Oil & Vinegar shop, hosted an event for members of the Skokie Chamber of Commerce, and the shoppers from the Westfield Old Orchard Shopping Mall in Skokie. This networking session featured foodie styled samples of oils, vinegars, olives, tapenades, cheeses, sauces, marinades and other delicious fares from Europe, Africa and Australia. Enthusiastic visitors enjoyed olive tasting and learned about various types of vinegars, while receiving cooking tips for many specialty ingredients. Best of all – the event was free!
